What Is a Oral Fluid Drug Test?

An oral fluid (saliva) drug test collects a cheek swab or spit sample to detect the presence of drugs and their metabolites. Oral fluid testing is particularly effective at detecting very recent drug use — typically within 24–48 hours of consumption — making it a valuable tool for post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing. It is also difficult to adulterate since collection is directly observed. DOT-authorized oral fluid testing is available for federal-mandated programs. Standard 5-panel oral fluid tests detect marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without a fee. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows (no call, no appearance) require rebooking before a new appointment can be confirmed. We do not offer refunds on completed tests or services.
